Hay and
Guardian Bedding Sales

Special Equestrians Special Equestrians sells Hay and Bedding to raise money for our therapeutic riding program. Our bedding is Guardian Swift Pick Pine Shavings, which a mini-flake low dust horse bedding. The mini-flake bedding makes stalls easier to clean and the low dust texture keeps your horse healthier. The bedding is sold to the public.

Our hay (Timothy or Timothy/Orchard Mix) is sold to our volunteers and it is purchased from White Star Farms of Somerset County in Pennsylvania. White Star Farms brings trucks to our area every three weeks. Hay prices may vary but they will always be very competitive in our local market.

If you would like to purchase hay or bedding, call our office phone number 239-226-1221, or come to the program during regular program hours. Refer to our class schedule to check for vacation days when we are not having the program.

Regular Program Hours are:
Wednesday and Saturday 8am to 12 noon
Thursday afternoon 2pm - 6pm

Used Tack Sales
We also have a sale room dedicated to used tack sales. We have saddles, bridles, clothing, boots and much more. The prices are always a bargain. The sale room will be open during program hours and by appointment. Please call our office at 239-226-1221.
